Contract
Contract part-time 20 hours per week
RAL 30,000 - 50,000
Presence and hybrid work: We don't want distance to be an obstacle to collaboration, but for this type of role we will give priority to people who can easily reach the workplace.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the design, development, and prototyping of cutting‑edge teaching formats and original training tools within FEM's strategic R&D areas.
Define and coordinate methodological innovation of projects, ensuring scientific rigor, scalability, and effectiveness of learning processes.
Actively experiment with the integration of the AI tech stack and AI-based methodologies for the evolution of teaching and training.
Collaborate with corporate and educational clients to develop projects, provide consulting services, and develop training proposals.
Collaborate closely with disciplinary teams to translate FEM research and development outputs into innovative training offerings.
Contribute to FEM's positioning as an international reference point for educational and training innovation, including by supporting the scientific planning of key initiatives and events (such as the Learning More Festival).
Must Have
Solid background in Instructional Design, Advanced Learning Design, or Learning Science, demonstrated by educational background and project or client portfolio.
At least 8 years of relevant experience.
Deep knowledge of learning theories, modern teaching and training frameworks.
Experience in designing, developing, and prototyping original training formats and teaching tools, demonstrated by project portfolios or clients.
Strong propensity for innovation, with proven experience in the application of AI pedagogy frameworks, AI-augmented learning design, AI tech stack for training and the design and experimentation of AI methods applied to teaching.
Strong results and customer orientation.
Experience in corporate learning and continuous professional development.
Strong aptitude for working in multidisciplinary contexts and ability to communicate effectively with technical (developers, data scientists) and disciplinary profiles.
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
They don't hurt
Master's or PhD in EdTech, Cognitive Psychology, Educational Sciences or related disciplines.
Previous experience within R&D centers, innovation hubs, or key players in the EdTech / Corporate Training sector.
International experience.
Knowledge of a second foreign language.
