We’re Hiring: QA & Validation Engineer
Role mission
Ensure CPPC Tiers releases achieve the highest standards of quality, reliability, reproducibility, and grid-code compliance by leading validation and testing activities prior to General Availability, enabling safe and certifiable deployment in complex energy and industrial environments.
Acireale or Rome , Italy
Full remote (only freelance consultancy agreements)
Key Responsibilities:
Define functional and dynamic test plans
Execute HIL and grid-simulation tests
Perform regression testing
Produce validation evidence for grid-code compliance
Support FAT/SAT and acceptance criteria definition
Required Skills:
Experience in testing industrial control systems
Working knowledge of power system dynamics
Familiarity with HIL and simulation tools
Strong methodological and documentation discipline
Typical market titles:
Senior QA Engineer | Power Systems Validation Engineer | Control Systems Test Engineer
Seniority: 5 - 8 years of experience
