EBeam Supplier Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you drive a competitive, reliable, and sustainable supplier base to enable the eBeam system’s growth in packaging sterilisation. You partner with internal teams to manage supplier performance, lead strategic sourcing, and support R&D and operations. You will build long-term supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and mitigate risks to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets. This position offers international exposure and opportunities to shape supply chain resilience in a technology-driven environment.

Retribuzione / Benefits Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of suppliers, mainly German-speaking

Act as the main interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders

Lead supplier reviews and performance evaluations

Implement and execute sourcing strategies aligned with category plans

Identify and onboard new suppliers for series production and R&DSupport R&D and engineering during supplier selection and development

Prepare, negotiate, and conclude contracts (Supply, Framework, NDAs)
Lead cost reduction initiatives and identify value engineering opportunities

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency strategies

Participate in supplier audits and coordinate with QA/Operations on issues

Define, monitor, and report supplier KPIsResponsabilitàBachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields

Several years experience in supplier management, strategic purchasing, or sourcing

Experience with German-speaking suppliers

Experience in industrial/manufacturing/tech environment

Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Strong knowledge of supplier management and strategic sourcing

Experience in contract management and negotiations

Cost analysis and financial understanding in purchasing

Understanding of quality management and supplier audits

Fluent German (spoken and written); very good English; additional languages advantageous
