Structural Analysis Specialist

As Structural Analysis Specialist at CNH Industrial in Modena, you advance tractor component safety and performance through advanced structural, dynamic, and durability simulations. Support development and virtual validation of mechanical components and systems from concept through final design release for Medium & Specialty Tractor programs
Perform structural, nonlinear, dynamic, and durability analyses using advanced FEA tools and calculations
Conduct advanced fatigue analysis (Time domain, frequency domain) using FEA tools for fatigue
Interpret results and propose design improvements to optimize structural behavior
Prepare technical reports and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders
Support structural, durability, vibration, and validation testing, ensuring correlation between virtual and physical results
Develop and enhance structural simulation methodologies, best practices, and validation processes
Act as focal point for structural simulation within assigned programs and collaborate to define Integrated Validation Plans (IVP)
3-5 years of experience in structural analysis, virtual validation, or product development in automotive, off-highway, agricultural, aerospace or related industries
Background in agricultural equipment is desirable
Knowledge of surface mesh preparation using Hypermesh is an advantage
Knowledge of Nastran, Abaqus, Virtual Lab, Ncode or other similar FEA solvers
