Description of role:
The Southern Europe Sales Manager is responsible for building and driving the Novacyt product portfolio (Yourgene Health & Primer Design) commercial strategy in Southern Europe, to ensure that budgeted annual sales, profit objectives, and strategic goals are delivered.

The Southern Europe Sales Executive is responsible for overall management of Southern Europe sales: developing and driving sales growth programs to ensure the territory delivers on strategic initiatives and revenue targets. This position requires a desire to find new business, penetrate new markets, and build long-term revenue streams.

Key areas of responsibility:
Responsible for the delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets, provision of detailed sales territory plans in key strategic markets and execution of these by building and maintaining long term relationships with direct customers and channel partners (eg distributors, where appropriate).
Defining the sales strategy in assigned territory, including the identification of key market segments.
Keep track, submit and win tenders for the use of our products.
Contribute to the delivery of annual sales and marketing plans in the EMEA region.
Qualify and progress sales team leads through active customer management and utilise Salesforce to progress qualified opportunities.
Liaise with marketing functions in order to engage and enlist partners to execute lead generation programs, pipeline stimulus programs and joint planning efforts.
Become the reproductive genetic health and oncology subject matter expert for the assigned markets; provide key input on assigned market requirements to support…
