Modena, Italy
Salary : €60,000 – €70,000 per annum + bonus
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced leader to take charge of a premium health and wellness club in Modena. We’re looking for a General Manager who combines excellent operational standards with genuine care for members and the team.
In this role, you’ll set the tone of the club every day. You’ll lead a large, multi-department team, drive service standards, and ensure members have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll also work closely with regional support to deliver strong commercial performance, structure, and clear improvement plans.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and developing a high-performing team
Creating a consistent, premium member experience seven days a week
Overseeing daily operations with a strong focus on service and standards
Building and delivering structured improvement plans
Managing budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance
Creating a positive club culture where people can perform at their best

About You

Have experience running a large operational site (hospitality, leisure, retail, or similar)
Have managed and developed large teams, including department managers
Understand financial planning and can confidently manage budgets
