As  Regional Sales Manager  you will plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team within a Central South.

You will drive and execute sales action plans to ensure the delivery of results; you will implement strategies to achieve established goals and objectives.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, hands‑on, and ready to step up. You have the drive, experience, and mindset to take on the challenge. You are commercially driven, action‑oriented, and you make things happen.

Your ability to coordinate, make data‑driven decisions, and adapt to changing market conditions will be key to success. Strong communication and networking skills are essential, as you will be working with teams across different functions.

Key Responsibilities

Directly managing a team of front‑line sales staff, actively involved in the field with salespeople and customers

Supporting customers in defined region in line with strategy

Review and monitor sales performance periodically and refine sales strategy

Management of budgets and forecasts

Development of the team

About you
We are looking for someone with a relevant University degree in Engineering and/or extensive experience in sales management with engineering cutting tools skills or equivalent.

Strong experience of managing external and internal customer relationships.

Outstanding negotiation skills, fluent in Italian and English.
