Maserati is now looking for  new talents  to join the  #Maserati Team .

The position reports directly to the Head of the Painting Unit and will be part of the unit with the responsibility to:

Define preparation, painting, and polishing processes, ensuring compliance with standards in terms of quality, timing, and cost.

Manage and coordinate resources within the Painting area, ensuring effective work organization and achievement of production targets.

Develop production processes for the execution and introduction of new products, colors, materials, and methods, in line with market requirements.

Define, acquire, and manage measuring instruments in accordance with company procedures.

Certify the painting process and provide training to the team on painting procedures.

Collaborate closely with the Plant Process and Quality team, promptly addressing any process anomalies reported on the product.

MISSION
Define preparation, painting, and polishing processes, ensuring compliance with quality, timing, and cost standards, while managing and coordinating resources within the Painting area.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
Process Definition and Optimization

Define preparation, painting, and polishing processes.

Ensure adherence to quality, timing, and cost standards.

Optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and quality.

New Product and Process Development

Develop production processes for the introduction of new products, colors, materials, and technologies.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure the production feasibility of innovations.

Support the industrialization of new projects in line with market demands.

Measuring Instruments Management

Define and acquire the necessary measuring instruments for process control.

Manage and maintain instruments according to company procedures.

Ensure traceability and calibration of instruments.

Certification and Training

Certify the painting process according to company standards.

Organize and conduct training sessions for the operational team.

Draft and update technical documentation and operating instructions.

Anomaly Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration

Promptly address process anomalies reported on the product.

Collaborate with the Plant Process and Quality teams to resolve issues.

Participate in internal and external audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

Deep knowledge of painting processes, specifically:
Surface preparation for painting, application of paint products, curing cycles.

Deep knowledge of finishing, polishing cycles, and rework.

Previous experience in industrializing colors for automatic application.

Previous team management experience.

Technical high school diploma or preferably a degree in a technical/chemical field.

At least 5-7 years in similar roles.

Availability to work in shifts.
