CNC Operator

The role ensures the proper operation of CNC machine tools by performing basic machine setup activities, loading/unloading parts, operational checks during machining, and monitoring the production process, in compliance with company quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Responsibilities and

Activities:

Perform loading and unloading operations of components on CNC machines.

Carry out part zeroing and basic dimensional checks at production start‑up.

Ensure the correct positioning of tools, equipment, and materials.

Monitor machining progress, verifying compliance with production parameters.

Perform tool changes and check tool wear conditions.

Report any quality, dimensional, or machine operation anomalies.

Complete the required production and traceability documentation.

Collaborate with the Quality and Maintenance departments in managing operational issues.

Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with HSE procedures in the work area.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of production activities and operational efficiency.

Requirements
Technical

Basic knowledge of CNC machining processes.

Ability to read mechanical technical drawings.

Ability to use dimensional measuring instruments.

Basic knowledge of tools and machine setup equipment.

Ability to operate CNC machine interfaces.

Knowledge of quality and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
