EBeam Supplier Quality Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will safeguard product quality across the entire value chain, supporting procurement and development in quality aspects. You will lead quality planning for incoming materials and supplier checks, and drive preventive and corrective actions. You will represent Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality in RD projects, audits, and process improvements. Based in Modena with initial travel to Switzerland for knowledge transfer, you help ensure robust supplier performance and product conformity.

Retribuzione / Benefits Create and maintain test plans/instructions for eBeam products across production stages

Lead QA activities during product and process changes

Represent QA in RD projects, participate in design reviews and FEMAs, and manage Q‑Documentation Oversee calibration/qualification/validation of test equipment

Oversee incoming goods inspection and approvals of procured materials, samples, and finished products

Define supplier quality requirements and documentation for purchasing

Issue quality approvals, 8D reports, and coordinate deviation handling with suppliers

Release products for storage/shipping and issue factory/test certificates

Process quality messages for deviations, monitor production quality, and trigger corrective actions

Train production operators and manage production quality dashboards

Conduct internal and supplier audits

ResponsabilitàSeveral years (5) of experience in manufacturing/industrial process development or related engineering fields

Experience in pharma/medical or automotive sectors preferred

Knowledge of SAP; S/4

HANA beneficial

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement systems

Good English (written and spoken); conversational German for German‑speaking suppliers
