Schedule
6 days of work + 1 mandatory training day.
Options
Option 1: 6 work days between 15–26 January (excluding weekends); training day 13 January.
Option 2: 6 work days between 22–29 January (excluding weekends); training day 20 January.
Training
Mandatory, online from 10:00/10:30 to 18:00. Participants must have a stable internet connection, operational audio/video, and keep the video camera on during the session.
Workdays
Each day consists of 8 work hours between 08:30 and 20:30. Exact times will be communicated daily.
Location & Travel
Operations will be in Modena, Italy. The promoter will visit 2 tobacconists per day, driving themselves. Addresses will be provided on the day. Applicants must own a vehicle and be willing to travel throughout the Province of Modena. For visits outside the commune, travel reimbursement will be calculated via Via Michelin.
Responsibilities
Introduce and inform customers of tobacco product characteristics using the provided format. Utilize a tablet for client interviews and have access to presentation materials.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High commitment, proactivity, seriousness, and professionalism.
Must complete the chosen schedule entirely without other commitments.
Must own a vehicle and be available for travel across Modena Province.
Materials & Equipment
All field materials will be shipped to the promoter's home before the training day. After the activity, the promoter must indicate a day when the materials can be returned to a courier.
Clothing
Company-branded t‑shirt, hoodie, and bomber jacket will be provided. The promoter should wear blue jeans and black or white sneakers (or similar black shoes) and maintain a neat, professional appearance, including tidy hair and clean hands.
