Job SummaryThe Coordinator, Merchandising, provides coordination and functional support to Pricing and Integrity management to include administrative support to Pricing and Integrity in support of category management. Assists with item retail support, new item data management, pre‑orders, promotions, prepares reports, coordinates information requests, receives visitors, arranges conference calls, schedules and coordinates meetings, prepares correspondence, and performs clerical functions such as mail distribution and filing.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Provide customer service to vendors and stores on vendor and product support issues
- Coordinate new vendor and item implementation process
- Coordinate pre‑order information with accurate cost and retail
- Process promotional information for Marketing and Store Systems teams
- Coordinate Procurement/Sourcing and Departmental paperwork flow
- Assist with ad proofing/editing
- Input/transfer ad projection information
- Maintain internal product code database
- Assist with maintenance/updates of sign database
- Maintain/update pricing and/or scale maintenance
- Receive/process and prepare/coordinate invoices, reports, memos, correspondence, emails, presentations and other documents
- Coordinate and maintain calendars for departmental leadership; schedule and coordinate meetings, buying shows, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Advanced coordination/administrative skills, to include good analytical skills, intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word), and use of general office equipment
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills; will be required to communicate to a variety of internal and external stakeholders

- Eagerness to learn and take on new tasks and challenges
Two‑year college degree (or equivalent knowledge gained through formal education, specialized training, or additional job experience)

Hiring pay range: $19.89 - $22.00
