This multi-specialty clinic has a need to add an ENT physician to their group. This independent clinic is well-established and offers an excellent base salary plus bonuses, and a three-year partnership track. Physicians with some clinical experience are encouraged to apply. The offer includes a full benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a California license or be in the process of acquiring one.
This is a tight-knit family oriented group where physicians enjoy their careers.
Practice details include:
- Multi Specialty Group Employee w/ Partnership, Outpatient only
- M-F, no weekends
- Minimal Call Ratio
- Annual Salary
- WRVU and Quality Bonus production incentives
