Modesto Junior College (MJC) is seeking a part-time faculty member in Biology department. The ideal candidate will share MJC’s commitment to educating its racially and socio-economically diverse student population. The Hourly Range: $81.20 – $129.82
Doctorate Range: $95.68 to $133.23

Part Time Faculty office Hours are paid at a flat rate of $40 per hour

With the exception of Workers’ Compensation benefits; this classification is not eligible for District paid benefits.

The successful candidate will join a Biology department that continues to create curriculum responsive to student needs, increasing student completion through the implementation of strategies geared to increase student equity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s in Biology with emphasis or current teaching experience in Human Anatomy or Physiology or Bachelor’s in Biology and Master’s in Human Anatomy or Physiology or the equivalent as determined by CC Academic Senate minimum qualifications for Biological Sciences
