Water​/Wastewater Engineer; Modesto & Fresno

We're hiring across three levels:
Associate Engineer
, Project Manager
, and Engineering Manager
. Each role offers increasing responsibility, leadership opportunity, and compensation.

Locations:
Modesto, CA and Fresno, CA

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE);
California PE required within one year

Bachelor's or Master’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering

2+ years of experience in water/wastewater systems preferred

Strong technical writing and analytical skills

Proficient with MS Office, GIS, and modeling tools (e.g., Info Water, Sewer

CAD)

Support design, analysis, permitting, and project planning under guidance

Collaborate with project teams and grow into a leadership role

Includes all Associate Engineer requirements, plus:

5+ years of experience in water/wastewater project delivery

Proven project leadership and budget management

Experience mentoring junior staff

Responsible for schedules, client communication, and agency coordination

Includes all Project Manager requirements, plus:

10+ years of experience and vision for leading teams and offices

Strategic planning, workload balancing, and business development

Direct client interaction and mentoring of Project Managers

Role may be based in Modesto, Fresno, or remote with periodic travel
