Our client is an employee‑owned heavy civil contractor specializing in complex water and wastewater infrastructure. For over 50 years, they’ve delivered projects that sustain communities and protect vital natural resources, fostering a collaborative culture where every employee has a voice.

$150,000 – $190,000 per year.

• Develop accurate estimates for pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plants.
• Lead bid teams, coordinate with project managers, and analyze cost data.
• Prepare proposals, perform risk analysis, and conduct estimate reconciliations.
• Build and maintain subcontractor/vendor networks.
• Support pre‑construction services including conceptual estimating and budgeting.

• 5+ years of estimating experience in civil or water/wastewater construction.
• Strong cost analysis, bid preparation, and project modeling skills.
• Familiarity with estimating software (HCSS, Timberline, or similar).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

• Direct ownership through an ESOP starting on day one.
