• Dr. Steven H. Scott, DDS, MS: UCLA and University of Michigan graduate with 28+ years of clinical mastery focused on functional occlusion, patient-centered care, and confidence-building.

• First Impressions & Patient Welcome:
  Greet arriving patients with warmth and positive energy, guide families through check-in, and set expectations for their visits.
• Patient Communication:
  Communicate clearly and warmly with patients and families to answer inquiries, verify information, and explain appointment details.
• Scheduling & Call Management:
  Handle multi-line phone systems with ease, confirm upcoming visits, and schedule patient appointments efficiently.

  Work hand-in-hand with clinical staff and doctors to ensure a smooth, cheerful daily schedule flow.

• Experience: 1–3 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, medical, or dental backgrounds are welcome!).

• Safety & Compliance:

• Competitive Wage: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
