This is a unique opportunity for a talented professional with a passion for tax accounting and compliance to contribute to our company's financial success. The position requires a high level of expertise in tax accounting, a deep understanding of tax compliance, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Overseeing all tax-related activities, including planning, compliance, and audit defense.
• Developing and implementing tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
• Managing the preparation and review of all federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
• Providing expert advice on tax matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Keeping abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure the company's ongoing compliance.
• Identifying and mitigating tax risks and overseeing tax provision and reporting.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of efficient processes and controls in relation to tax matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or CPA highly desirable).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting and compliance, preferably in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Proven experience in managing tax audits and resolving tax disputes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex tax legislation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex tax matters in an understandable manner.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• High level of integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
• Proficiency in tax software and other relevant computer applications.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
