We are hiring immediately for a Part‑time Clinical Dietitian position (Hourly, 16‑24 hrs/week) at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. The role involves providing inpatient medical nutrition therapy across a range of specialties, including Oncology, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Diabetes, GI, Renal, Liver, Maternity, and Critical Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team of dietitians, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

• Provide medical nutrition therapy, including nutrition assessment, diet modification, education, and intervention for patients.
• Follow all guidelines outlined in the Company Diet Manual and the Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual.
• Comply with all regulatory standards to include federal, state and accrediting agencies while adhering to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies.
• Train and mentor patient‑services staff and interns as applicable.
• Participate in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility‑wide QA/PI programs.

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, in states where required.
• Preferred: at least one year of hospital experience.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, electronic medical record & diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programming.
