ABA Program Supervisor – Burnett Therapeutic Services

Pay range: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour. Travel required (in‑home & telehealth).

Schedule:

Monday to Sunday, 8 AM – 8:30 PM. Full‑time.

Location:

Modesto, Ceres, Turlock, Riverbank, Oakdale.

The Applied Behavior Analysis (RBT) Supervisor position is an opportunity for a qualified professional with the necessary training, education, and experience to serve as a Qualified Autism Service Professional (QASP). In this role, you will provide clinical supervision and oversee the implementation of ABA programs by Behavior Technicians. You will also be responsible for developing and executing individualized Treatment Plans under the guidance of a BCBA, Licensed Individual, or Clinical Director.

• Design, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or delays, in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Deliver individual and group learning experiences aimed at helping clients achieve their treatment goals.
• Train, supervise, and provide guidance to Behavior Interventionists.
• Conduct assessments (VB‑MAPP, ABLLS‑R, Vineland‑III) and define target behaviors; set goals with BCBA guidance.
• Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans to promote adaptive skills and functional communication.
• Empower parents, caregivers, and support staff by modeling intervention strategies.
• Analyze data, evaluate progress, and provide written reports.
• Maintain supportive relationships with clients, families, and staff.
• Manage ABA session schedules and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Meet with families and caregivers in‑home to review progress and refine intervention strategies.
• Work primarily with children and adolescents up to 18 years of age.

• +2 years of professional experience in behavior modification intervention services or a similar role.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Availability to work a consistent schedule (afternoons/evenings, some weekend/morning availability).
• Criminal background check required.
• Physical exam (past year) and TB test (past 90 days) required.
• CPR & First Aid Certification required.
• Reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Travel within county required.

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Spanish speaking.
