L.I.F.E. is seeking qualified supervisors for San Joaquin county!
salary: $23.00 - $36.00 per hour

• must have a BA/BS degree in ABA or a related field.
• must have a minimum of two years working with children ages 0‑18 with Autism and/or developmental disabilities in home, school, and/or community settings.
• must provide a negative TB test and pass a criminal background check upon hire.
• must be open to a flexible schedule as case placement may vary or change.
• must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and active car insurance in order to travel to clients’ homes.
• must be able to perform essential work duties such as lifting, squatting, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time.
• ability to accept and give constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
• ability to empathize with clients and their family members.
• effective time‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
• excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• must adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the behavior analyst certification board.
• commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA laws.
• ability to interpret, create, and implement clinical protocols.
