Bristol Hospice in Modesto, CA is seeking an experienced Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to support patients and families under RN supervision. You will perform personal care, assist with daily living tasks, monitor health needs, and document care in alignment with the plan of care.
The ideal candidate holds a CA CNA in good standing with an active HHA certification, CPR, and a valid driver's license. Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours, and a supportive, mission-driven hospice team.
