The Gardens of Modesto is seeking a compassionate Direct Care Assistant to support Memory Care residents with daily activities and personalized care plans. You will work closely with the care team to ensure safety, dignity and comfort for residents in a caring community.
Your responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, maintaining resident charts, helping with meals, and performing rounds every two hours while reporting changes to the Supervisor.
