Alls Well Healthcare, in partnership with the California DDS, offers a 3-month paid shadow training program for Direct Service Professional interns. You will shadow a DSP mentor for up to 30 hours per week, gaining hands-on experience to support adults with developmental needs and a pathway toward permanent employment.
Responsibilities include empowering individuals, aiding communication and daily living skills, facilitating community participation, and promoting health, rights, and inclusion.
