Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic

Madison, WI (relocation assistance provided).

You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and providing legal counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You'll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. You’ll also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

• Manage complex litigation, including drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Provide risk‑mitigation counseling and regulatory & privacy litigation support (a plus).
• Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge vendor and industry relationships ensuring compliance with legal frameworks.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area necessary and fully reimbursed.
