Job Description

• Handling Business and Probate Litigation:
  Representing clients in various litigation matters related to business disputes and probate issues.
• Legal Research and Analysis:
  Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective strategies for client representation.
• Client Counseling:
  Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters, including risk assessment and potential outcomes.
• Courtroom Advocacy:
  Advocating on behalf of clients in court proceedings, including motions hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Case Management:
  Managing all aspects of litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for hearings and trials.
• Collaboration:
  
  Working closely with partners, associates, and support staff to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
