Salary: $210,000 - $250,000 + Bonus + 25K Signing Bonus + Paid Relocation
OverviewA reputable healthcare system with strong community ties is seeking a visionary and experienced nursing leader to serve as the Executive Director, Women’s and Children’s Health. This is a market‑level, senior leadership role responsible for driving strategy and operations across two comprehensive hospitals. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader who can inspire high‑performing teams, collaborate with physicians and other key stakeholders, and lead transformational change to deliver exceptional maternal and pediatric care.

- Strategic Leadership:
Provide strategic direction and vision for all Women’s and Children’s services, including Labor & Delivery, NICU, Pediatrics, and related service lines across both hospital campuses. - Operational Excellence:
Guide financial and operational performance, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality care while maximizing resource utilization and efficiency. - Team and Talent Development:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of nurse leaders and staff, fostering an environment of excellence, accountability, and continuous professional growth. - Program Development:
Collaborate with hospital leadership, physicians, and community partners to develop new programs and expand access to outstanding care for families, from pregnancy through childhood. - Innovation & Best Practices:
Champion the implementation of evidence‑based practices, innovative technologies, and patient‑centered delivery models to elevate the standard of care.
- Current RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery / Obstetrics.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
- Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required.
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN) certification is preferred.
