GALLO is seeking a Level 5 Mechanic (Cellar Machinist) in Modesto for the Grave Shift (11:30pm–8:00am). You will machine, fabricate, and repair winery equipment per blueprints and manuals, using lathes, mills, drills, and grinders, with tight tolerances to support safe, efficient production.
You must provide your own machinist hand tools and precision instruments. Ideal candidates have five years of journey-level experience, can work overtime, stand long hours, and comply with GMP policies.
