Bermin Skin Institute and Derm Care Management is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our dermatology and cosmetic care team in Los Altos, California. This role offers the opportunity to shape and amplify the voice of a Bay Area dermatology practice by curating and producing engaging content that supports growth, enhances community engagement, and positions our providers as leaders in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

• Build and execute a content and engagement strategy to position Bermin Skin Institute as a leader in dermatology, aesthetic, and non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
• Manage daily posting, interaction, and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, and emerging platforms.
• Maintain a detailed content calendar featuring practice updates, provider highlights, skincare tips, aesthetic treatments, seasonal campaigns, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Track and report on follower growth, post-performance, engagement rates, and trends to inform future content strategies.
• Launch and manage an influencer marketing program to amplify the practice’s reach and brand awareness.
• Partner with the broader marketing and communications team to develop content aligned with SEO goals, branding, and patient education initiatives.
• Craft compelling copy for web and social that supports video/photo content and brand storytelling.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry news relevant to dermatology, skincare, and cosmetic procedures.
• Capture and edit video/photo content for reels, stories, and promotional use using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).

• 2+ years in a social media or digital marketing role, ideally within a healthcare, aesthetics, or beauty-related brand.
• Demonstrated success managing and growing branded social media accounts.
• Experience with influencer outreach, brand partnerships, or affiliate marketing programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific trends, tools, and best practices (especially Instagram Reels and Tik Tok).
• Skilled in short-form content creation and basic media editing (photo and video).
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A natural storyteller with a sharp eye for content that resonates with target audiences.
• Familiarity with working alongside creative vendors, web developers, and agency partners.
