Digital Content Strategist

We're partnering with our client, a respected apparel brand, to find a talented Digital Content Strategist. This temporary role is remote--out of region--and available for 27-52 weeks. The position involves shaping product marketing, storytelling, and brand experiences across digital channels to support business goals and enhance customer engagement.

• Lead content planning across product discovery, campaigns, and customer journeys to create a cohesive brand narrative.
• Develop strategies based on customer insights, analytics, and stakeholder input to optimize existing content and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, merchandising, UX, and product to ensure content supports both customer needs and business objectives.
• Establish scalable content frameworks, templates, and governance to ensure consistency and efficiency across digital touchpoints.
• Incorporate content strategy early in seasonal planning and translate strategic priorities into specific content requirements for various customer-facing pages and campaigns.

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy, digital experience, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to craft content plans that boost engagement, discovery, and conversions.
• Experience working in complex environments involving marketing, product, design, and engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, content governance, and information architecture.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable content initiatives, leveraging data and customer insights to guide decisions.
