Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant | Primary Care + Occupational Health | Modesto, CA | 13-Week Contract | Weekdays Only

Join a well-supported onsite health center serving employees and their families at a large local employer. This is a stable, Monday–Friday day‑shift role with no nights, weekends, or call. You will provide primary care, basic occupational health, and episodic care for patients ages 2 and older.

• Dates: January 5 to April 3 (13 weeks)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, 60‑min meal break

• EHR: EPIC
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in primary care; occupational health and women’s health preferred
• Extension: Possible while a permanent clinician is identified; agency‑to‑permanent option
