• Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active California Registered Nurse License required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• ACLS certification
• Preferred:
  Bachelors degree in nursing (BSN) or related field
• Preferred: 5 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience (within the last 2 years)
• Preferred: 1 year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last 2 years
• Preferred:
  High Risk OB experience

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor and support mothers throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Assist physicians and midwives during deliveries and clinical procedures
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Respond to obstetric emergencies and provide advanced neonatal resuscitation as needed
• Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum, and newborn care
• Accurately document all patient care activities in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
