Under supervision of the RN or Day Center Manager, you will assess and deliver skilled services, collaborate with Clinic and Home Care, and support Personal Care Assistants delivering participant activities in the Day Center.
Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Benefits include Health, Dental, and Vision;
Life/AD&D and LTD; a 403(b) plan with employer match
