A Taste of What You’ll Do
Join GALLO’s Product Insights and Sensory Operations team for a hands‑on summer internship at our headquarters in Modesto, California. You’ll work alongside sensory scientists, technical professionals, winemakers, and cross‑functional partners to discover how sensory and product insights guide innovation and business decisions across wine, spirits, and other beverage categories.
You’ll contribute to a defined research project supporting corporate initiatives such as new product development, category reviews, competitive assessments, product quality monitoring, or shelf‑life studies. Along the way, you’ll learn to professionally evaluate the sensory profiles of different wine styles and help develop, implement, and report findings using thoughtful research methods.
This is an opportunity to strengthen your technical, analytical, collaboration, and communication skills in a major consumer packaged goods environment. You’ll build relationships across the organization and conclude your internship by producing written and oral presentations that communicate your methodology, activities, and project results.
