Overview
Store Manager - Vintage Fair n to lead a customer-focused, sales-driven, profitable and productive store. The Store Manager owns all in-store presentation and operational functions and coaches the Management and Associate teams to align with the company’s strategies and goals. This role emphasizes delivering a rewarding associate experience and an exceptional customer experience.
A day in the life, what you’ll be doing- Prioritize and delegate tasks to meet selling, visual, and operational needs
- Build product confidence by creating accountability and expertise through educational tools
- Support and execute product, visual and marketing directives; maintain company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom; promote a safe shopping environment
- Anticipate and meet customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Foster an engaging, positive, and authentic selling environment to encourage repeat visits
- Achieve company sales, metric, and operational goals
- Understand key business reports and payroll tools to drive performance and manage expenses
- Create shortage action plans to minimize loss and shrinkage
- Drive digital sales strategies including ship-from-store and BOPIS
- Communicate store and customer feedback to leadership to grow the business
- Coach Management and Associate teams to align with company strategies
- Performance manage underperforming team members with supervisor/HR involvement as needed
- Represent the Pac Sun brand through passion for product, brands, fashion and trends
- Show willingness to learn about product, brands, fashion, and trends
- Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends
- Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
- Proven ability to drive sales in a high-volume environment
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures to resolve customer and associate issues
- Willingness to travel periodically (overnight may be necessary)
- Proficient math and strong computer skills
- Minimum five years of retail experience with proven sales results
- Minimum two years of retail management experience
- Operate with integrity and confidentiality; set a positive example for leaders and associates
- Develop cross-functional partnerships to drive results and foster transparency
- Serve as a Pac Sun advocate in the industry and marketplace
- Recruit, identify, develop, and retain talent delivering performance excellence
- Lead company culture, norms, and conduct
- Balance strong management with approachability to encourage feedback
Hourly Salary Range: $30-$35 per hour

- Frequently lift/move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 35 pounds
- Frequent sitting/standing for long periods and climbing ladders as needed
- Regularly required to talk or hear; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach, twist or squat
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office areas; vision requirements as described
- Work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting
- Travel by hotel, airplane, and car may be required
This is a full-time position. Flexibility with schedule (weekends, nights, peak holiday periods) is required.
