Full‑Time Retail Supervisor at our Company. We grow people, brands, and businesses, and we’re seeking an ambitious supervisor with proven experience in managing and motivating associates, increasing sales, and merchandising. The Retail Supervisor is responsible for achieving and maintaining all client and customer standards by overseeing and directing activities of associates within assigned territories. The role works closely with business development managers, brands, retail managers, and other retail personnel to ensure business objectives are met.

- Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and execute retail projects.
- Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
- Establish and maintain client relationships and conduct client work appointments.
- Monitor and regulate expenses to meet team budget standards.
- Communicate accurately and timely with direct reports; handle administrative and coaching duties.
- Execute business development activities to achieve in‑store retail excellence goals.
- Authorize items to meet client shelf schematic standards.
- Oversee call coverage by scheduling merchandisers and reviewing reports.
- Control budget and expenses with the goal of coming in under budget.
- Complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports, including recaps, itineraries, timesheets, and expense reports.
- Associate’s degree preferred (required).
- 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to complete multiple duties with frequent changes and competing deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle a fast‑paced work environment.
- Work independently; gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
Travel and driving are essential duties of this job. Travel up to 30 % of the time.
