Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships. Responsibilities include signing dealerships, driving sales, ensuring excellent servicing of accounts, and effectively managing associated risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry and a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

• Sales Management:
  Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector; build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers; identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions; conduct market research to remain competitive.
• Servicing:
  Oversee servicing of the automobile floorplan portfolio, ensure high customer satisfaction; monitor account performance; collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes; provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions.
• Risk Management:
  
  Monitor dealership conditions and performance; develop risk assessment models to evaluate creditworthiness; ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements; monitor portfolio performance including loan balances and payment trends.

• Bilingual (English, Spanish)
• Knowledge of the automotive industry across sectors
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with key financial tools and terminology
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills to interact with clients and collaborate with internal and external partners
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong negotiation and collection skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• BA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections
• Travel:
  Greater than 75% with some overnight travel required
• Ability to travel, fly, drive
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver s license required; driving is an essential function
