Sales Associate

Location: 1707 McHenry Ave, Suite A-2, Modesto, CA 95350
Compensation: $17/hour base pay; with commissions, total effective pay typically ranges $18 -$30/hour
Schedule: Part-Time | 10-15 hours per week | Must be available for some evenings and weekends

Founded in 2007, Club Pilates is the largest Reformer-based Pilates brand in the world, with more than 800 studios worldwide. Our mission is to make Pilates accessible to everyone by offering safe, effective, and inclusive group classes that improve strength, flexibility, and overall wellness.

. This is a unique opportunity to join our team at the ground level, connect with the local community, and help build our founding member base.

Sales Associates are the first point of contact for new and existing members. This role is responsible for driving membership sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting studio operations
. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable team members who are excited about fitness and motivated by sales incentives.

Drive membership sales through phone calls, lead follow-up, in-studio tours, and community outreach.

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming studio environment.

Confidently handle membership questions and objections, guiding prospects toward joining.

Assist with front desk operations including check-ins, scheduling, and processing transactions.

Help keep the studio clean, organized, and professional
.

Participate in local marketing and grassroots events to promote the studio.

Support the Studio Manager and team in meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals.

Prior sales or customer service experience required; fitness or boutique studio experience strongly preferred.

Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.

Comfortable making calls, overcoming objections, and closing sales.

Organized, dependable, and able to multi-task in a busy environment.

Passionate about health, wellness, and Pilates.

Availability to work 10-15 hours per week
, including evenings and weekends.

Reliable commute to Modesto, CA.

Willingness to complete a background check.

$17/hour base pay.
