Entry level

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales by using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and ups‑kill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in products and services.
• Engage with the community outside the store at off‑site Verizon sponsored events.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience (work or military).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods (summer, November‑December, vacation).
• Experience working in a commission‑based environment (preferred).
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).

• Base pay: $18.27–$21.00 per hour.
• Potential commissions up to $16,000 annually; top performers may earn over $65,000 total compensation.
