Field Service Technician I – Canon USA

Join Canon USA as a Field Service Technician I, working to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair Canon-supported products with the highest level of service quality.

Help maintain the performance of Canon machines and provide efficient, responsive field, shop, and on-site maintenance, ensuring that customer demands are met and serviceability trends are reported.

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Perform on-site maintenance and support customers efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Facilitate performance to help achieve branch/district metric targets.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and ability to complete the 120‑day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new‑hire class.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; ability to travel.
• Ability to obtain any required security or customer clearances.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active >50% of the time.

Hourly pay: $19.00–$26.31. Eligible for a transportation allowance.
