Job Title
BASIC FUNCTION:
Under the supervision of the assigned supervisor performs the necessary duties to support the implementation of activities within multiple programs including eligibility, recruitment, selection, family engagement, community engagement, social services and parent education.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in child/human development, sociology, social services or related field. Three (3) years of experience in related fields such as social service agencies, community-based organizations, or county social welfare services. A combination of education, training, and experience that could provide the desired skills, knowledge and abilities may be considered. LICENSE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Employee must complete agency sponsored family development certification within 18 months of hire or provide documentation of similar certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field. Valid California Driver's License. Be insurable and maintain insurability. Employee must arrange their own transportation. If using own vehicle in the course of employment must provide proof of insurance.

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS:
The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: DOJ Clearance/FBI/CACI, Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance, Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance and Lift Test. Valid California driver's license. Immunization Records. Mandated Reporter Training is required within the first six weeks of employment. Must comply with Senate Bill 792 immunization requirements for influenza pertussis, and measles.
