Description:
The Social Worker will be responsible for providing support and services to patients in the Emergency Department.
Candidates must possess a Master’s in Social Work or higher.
A minimum of two years of experience in social work is required.
Experience with involuntary holds, adult protective services, advance directives, biopsychosocial assessments, child protective services, emergency detention, and power of attorney is essential.
Travelers will have Fridays and Mondays off when working weekends.
The role involves working every fourth weekend.
Applicants with experience in the EPIC charting system will be prioritized.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this position.
The Social Worker will collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams to provide high-quality care.
