DescriptionOur fitness studio is growing quickly, and we need a personal trainer to help our customers achieve their fitness goals. You'll be assessing our customers' fitness levels, creating personalized training routines, and ensuring they're utilizing equipment properly. This role requires outstanding customer service skills as well as a love for exercise and helping others improve their health and wellness. Responsibilities- Reduce the risk of injury by teaching clients good techniques for all activities, particularly those involving more advanced equipment
- Verify that all fitness regimens are suitable for each client by conducting personal fitness evaluations
- Improve client fitness by customizing exercises to meet each person's unique needs and skills
- Revise fitness plans based on clients’ progress toward set goals
- Uphold all gym standards and safety rules to keep clients safe and comfortable while they workout
- Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
- Must possess a current certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer
$22 - $27 hourly
