Bus Driver

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Modesto, CA
. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• Pay Range: $22.00 – $30.70 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Pay Scale)
• Starting Pay: $22.00 with progression to $30.70 over 2 years.
• CBA Position: Union Collective Bargaining Agreement

• Paid Vacation leave after 1 year

• Paid Training to obtain your CDL

• Drive a transit bus and transport passengers safely, timely and efficiently.
• Greet passengers, accept fare payment, and maintain a safe environment.
• Properly report all incidents, accidents, mechanical concerns.
• Other duties as required to ensure a safe and courteous ride for our passengers.

• 21 years or older
• Valid driver's license and minimum 3 years driving experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Punctual with an emphasis on attendance.

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions – 100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces.
• Push and pull objects up to 50 lbs.; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to pick up items.
• Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes and noise.

• Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
