Job Details: We are looking for passionate and safe drivers to become training mentors for our trainee drivers. Help develop the next generation of CDL A drivers while gaining financially.

• Mentor and train trainee drivers to develop safe driving practices and essential CDL A skills.
• Support trainees through hands-on coaching and guidance on the road and off the truck.
• Collaborate with training programs to ensure consistent delivery of curriculum and safety standards.

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license
• 1 year of Class A experience within the last 5 years or 6 months of Class A experience within the last year
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years, no major accident within 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug tests

• Minimum of 30 days with Knight
• Must have at least 60,000 Miles solo & 1 winter season driving OTR
• Must be willing to run a minimum of 2 weeks at a time
• No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
• No more than 1 preventable Incident/Accident in last year
