Team Leader - Glenavy Road

£14.63 per hour & great benefits. Full‑time position 42.5 hours per week (5 shifts) Monday to Sunday, 6am – 11pm. Full flexibility required; opening, closing, and weekend shifts are expected.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager and/or Store Manager, you will help to lead the store team to provide a shopping experience that exceeds customers’ expectations and makes a difference in the local community.

• Lead the store team to follow store policies, standards and practices.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of other leaders, including keyholder duties.
• Be a positive role model and represent values of Ambition, Customer First, Teamwork and Integrity.
• Train, manage workload and support your team, ensuring resources are in the right place at the right time to deliver the best customer experience.
• Support the Store Manager to maximise store performance by implementing the store plan and priorities.
• Promote and support initiatives that benefit the local community.
• Cover the Post Office when required; a P250 Post Office check is required.

• Aged 18+ with previous store retail experience, including at least 6 months in a supervisory role leading a team in a customer‑focused environment.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills with customers and team members.
• Target‑driven, focused on continuous improvement and achieving business plans/​priorities.
• Ability to inspire and motivate the team for customers and one another.

Full‑time position 42.5 hours per week (5 shifts). Working within store opening hours Monday to Sunday, 6am to midnight with full flexibility required. Opening, closing and weekend shifts are expected.
