** A Brief Overview:
** As a Physician, you will play a crucial role in delivering specialized psychiatric care to patients experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions. Your expertise and commitment to improving the mental well-being of our patients are essential to our mission.

* What you will do:

*** Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental status examinations and medical histories, to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Providing evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and medication management for patients with various mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, and substance use disorders.
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, nurses, and social workers, to ensure coordinated patient care.
* Monitoring and adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize patient outcomes, using a patient-centered and recovery-oriented approach.
* Administering and managing psychotropic medications and therapies, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with hospital policies and legal regulations.
* Participating in case conferences, team meetings, and treatment planning sessions to review patient progress and provide recommendations for care.
* Educating and supporting patients and their families, promoting mental health awareness and providing resources for coping and self-management.
* Staying informed about the latest advancements in psychiatric care through ongoing professional development and training.

* DEA registration Required And
* Board certification in Psychiatry Required
* Current Illinois medical license required or pending
