We are searching for passionate Clinical Therapists (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment, as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness.

Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority...helping their clients move forward in life!

We are partnered with the following In-Network Insurance providers:
Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare, and we accept self-pay clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care
• Manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week (Part-Time/ Full-Time optional)
• Our clinicians ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner
• The clinician has oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures
• Our clinicians participate in organizational trainings and professional development
• Our clinicians promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis

• Compensation: $50-$60/per hour commensurate to years of experience & licensure
• Part Time (12hrs+) or Full Time (24+ attended sessions is required)
• 401k match up to 4%
• $500 CME/Professional development stipend to help cover licensure renewal fees & CE courses
• 3 days of accrued PTO, plus 5 accrued sick/wellness days
• 2 days (16 hours) of paid training allowance

  Fully Telehealth/Remote (optional) / In-person (where medically necessary for clients)

• Must be fully licensed to practice independently with any of the following licensures:
  Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT) required OR must have and/or be license eligible and actively working toward licensure as a Licensed PhD or PsyD
• Must be licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois
• Master's in psychology, social work, counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 2-7 years prior experience in a clinical setting OR PhD or PsyD plus zero to three years prior experience in a clinical setting (Psychological Testing and Assessment experience preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet direct service expectations and to complete documentation within required time frames.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow/ organizational skills
