Clarity Clinic is an interdisciplinary group private practice of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Advanced Practice Providers (PAs, NPs), Psychologists, and Therapists. Our team offers a broad range of specialties, services, and orientations to support and help all people regardless of their place in life. This multidisciplinary approach allows us to provide holistic care in psychiatry, psychotherapy and much more.

• Provide evidence‑based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care.
• Manage a caseload of 12‑24+ attended client sessions per week (Part‑Time / Full‑Time optional).
• Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
• Participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
• Promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adhere to policies, procedures, compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day‑to‑day basis.

• Compensation: $50‑$60 per hour commensurate with years of experience & licensure.
• Part Time (12hrs+) or Full Time (24+ attended sessions).
• 401(k) match up to 4%.
• $500 CME/Professional development stipend.
• 3 days of accrued PTO, plus 5 accrued sick/wellness days.
• 2 days (16 hours) of paid training allowance.
• Flexible scheduling:
  Work/life balance (we encourage you to build a manageable caseload).
• Hybrid Model:
  Fully Telehealth/Remote (optional) / In‑person (where medically necessary for clients).

• Must be fully licensed to practice independently with any of the following licensures:
  Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT). OR must be license eligible and actively working toward licensure as a Licensed PhD or PsyD.
• Must be licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois.
• Master's in psychology, social work, counseling or related field plus 1‑2 year internship and 2‑7 years prior experience in a clinical setting. OR PhD or PsyD plus 0‑3 years prior experience in a clinical setting (Psychological Testing and Assessment experience preferred).
• Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet direct service expectations and to complete documentation within required time frames.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow/organizational skills.
