Papa is hiring part-time companion caregivers in Mokena, IL.
CompensationEarn up to $17.00/hr with bonuses. Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (availability depends on location). Schedule is flexible; use the mobile app to choose hourly visit opportunities, typically 2–4 hours each.
Role OverviewPart‑time companion caregivers, or Papa Pals, provide companionship and assistance to older adults and families in the community. Responsibilities include helping around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and offering friendly company.
We Are Looking ForKind, patient, and reliable individuals who are passionate about helping others. Experience caring for others, stay‑at‑home parents, retirees, or anyone looking for meaningful flexible work are welcomed.
Qualifications & Requirements- Age 21 or older
- Ability to communicate in English
- Valid U.S. issued driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Pass background check
- Pass motor vehicle report
- Valid vehicle insurance with name on policy
- Access to a vehicle from [] or newer
- Access to a smartphone
- Kind‑hearted, patient, and caring
- Available to work at least 2 hours per week
